WORKSHOPS CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but please note our cancellation policy for workshops:
No refunds will be made following the purchase of a workshop.
You can cancel your workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. In this case, the value of your workshop will be refunded to you in the form of credit via a gift card.
Any cancellation made within 48 hours prior to the workshop date and time will be considered a no-show and no credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled date in the event of insufficient registrations. In this event, each registered participant will receive a 100% refund.
DAY CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but please note our cancellation policy for Day Camps.
You can cancel your child's attendance up to 15 business days before the scheduled week. In this case, the value of your day camp will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.
No credit or refund will be possible if you cancel less than 15 working days before the start of the reserved camp week, unless you present a medical certificate.
