brin brun guarantees the quality of its products. We recommend that our customers inspect their order upon receipt. An exchange or a credit note (of the value of the items at the time of purchase) is possible in the event of a defect only, and this, within 7 days of receipt of the order. After this time, items are no longer eligible for an exchange or refund.

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. When the 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we no longer offer refunds or exchanges. Proof of purchase is required for any request for return of an item. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and never been used.

Only regular priced items can be refunded or exchanged. Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Sale items are final sale.

The return by post is at the expense of the customer. To avoid paying delivery costs when returning an item, it is possible to make the return to our workshop by appointment.

brin brun is not responsible for packages that are stolen, damaged and/or delivery errors by our carriers. Customers are required to verify their delivery address when completing their order.

We are not responsible if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the delivery address. For any package that has been returned to us due to an error in the delivery originating from the customer (forgetting to enter the apartment number or address error, for example), even if the order is over $120 + taxes and therefore originally benefited from free delivery.

We are not responsible for items stolen from an order after it has been delivered.
