Do you have a physical store? Our small boutique space is located in our workshop at 2065 Rue Parthenais, local 282-A in Montreal. It is possible to come and shop or pick up your order by appointment.

I received a damaged/broken product, what should I do? brin brun guarantees the quality of its products. We recommend that our customers inspect their order upon receipt. An exchange or a credit note (of the value of the items at the time of purchase) is possible in the event of a defect only, and this, within 7 days of receipt of the order. After this time, items are no longer eligible for an exchange or refund.
